Students are required to use the crossover  in the back method. This helps to support the lower back.


  • Grasp belt in center, ends hanging down
  • Put center in front of waist, crossover in back, bring ends back around to the front of your body,( keep flat)
  •  Always assure ends are even
  • Bring left end over and under both straps, roll forward and downward (left becomes right)
  • Bring right over and under left strap, roll forward and downward 
  • Grab ends of belt,  snap, until tight.
